Full paper submission for CIRED Porto Workshop 2022 is now closed. Selected authors have notified by 25 March 2022.
Selected authors have to upload their presentation material by 16 May on the Conftool platform.
How to submit your presentation material
If you have been selected for an oral presentation
Enter your Conftool account and go to « Your Submissions ».
Select the full paper that was accepted.
Click on « Final upload » to upload your presentation documents:
- Please upload your presentation in ppt or pptx format using the mandatory template.
- You are also offered the possibility to take part in the poster session. For the moment, your contribution is foreseen in it, if you do not want to take part in the poster session, please inform us by 18 April. All information about poster sessions and poster template can be found herebelow.
If you have been selected for a poster presentation
Enter your Conftool account and go to « Your Submissions ».
Select the full paper that was accepted.
Click on « Final upload » to upload your presentation documents:
- Please upload your poster in pdf format using the mandatory template.
- If you plan to attend in person, you must bring your printed poster with you in Porto (printing format A0), please note that the organisation won’t be able to print your poster in Porto. The material to hang the poster will be provided (tape). You can find the mandatory poster template above. We advise you to print your poster at Busilis shop* as soon as possible to see if it is possible for them to print your poster in short notice. The normal delay is 2 days. Participants are expected to remove their poster at the end of the workshop.
You also have the option to upload a 3 min video presentation in mp4 format (max. 230 MB) on the Conftool platform. - If you plan to attend remotely, you have to upload a 3 min video presentation in mp4 format (max. 230 MB) on the Conftool platform, which will allow participants to fully understand your poster. This is mandatory.
- If you plan to attend in person, you must bring your printed poster with you in Porto (printing format A0), please note that the organisation won’t be able to print your poster in Porto.
